Ein Auto mieten in Zürich läuft bei DRAIV ohne Mietstation ab. Du buchst online, gehst zum Auto und entriegelst es mit dem Handy, auch spätabends und am Sonntag. Die Autos stehen in drei Gebieten: Zürich HB in 8006, rund 10 Gehminuten nördlich vom Hauptbahnhof, Zürich Oerlikon in 8050, rund 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Oerlikon, und Zürich Altstetten in 8048, weniger als 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Altstetten. Der Tagespreis beginnt bei CHF 44 und enthält den Schadenschutz, die Servicegebühr und die MWST. Eine Kaution verlangen wir nicht, und auf deiner Karte wird nichts blockiert. Buchen und bezahlen kannst du sofort; den Führerausweis prüfen wir einmalig in der App, bevor du das Auto zum ersten Mal abholst.
So läuft eine Miete in Zürich ab
Vier Schritte, und nur einer davon passiert ausserhalb deines Telefons.
Gebiet und Zeitfenster wählen
Du wählst eines der drei Zürcher Gebiete und den Zeitraum. Die Liste zeigt dir nur Autos, die in diesem Fenster wirklich frei sind, nicht den ganzen Katalog.
Buchen und bezahlen
Bezahlt wird mit Karte, TWINT oder Apple Pay. Den vollständigen Betrag siehst du vor der Zahlung. Bis 24 Stunden vor Mietbeginn kannst du kostenlos stornieren.
Einmalige Ausweisprüfung
Vor der ersten Abholung prüfen wir Führerausweis und Identität in der App. Das machst du einmal und danach nie wieder. Buchen und bezahlen geht schon davor.
Abholen und mit dem Handy öffnen
Den genauen Standplatz bekommst du vor der Abholung. Du entriegelst das Auto mit dem Handy, fährst los und stellst es am Ende am selben Ort wieder ab.

Rund 10 Gehminuten nördlich vom Hauptbahnhof, über die Limmat. Der dichteste Teil der Flotte und der kürzeste Weg, wenn du mit dem Zug ankommst.

rund 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Oerlikon. Von dort fährt die S-Bahn ohne Umsteigen in 4 bis 5 Minuten zum Flughafen Zürich.

Was der Tagespreis in Zürich abdeckt und was nicht
Schweizer Mietpreise wachsen oft erst am Schalter. Hier steht die ganze Liste, damit du sie gegen jede andere Offerte halten kannst.
Im angezeigten Preis
- Schadenschutz in jeder Miete. Voreingestellt ist ein Selbstbehalt von CHF 2'000, gegen einen Tagesbeitrag senkst du ihn beim Buchen auf CHF 200.
- Schweizer MWST und Servicegebühr. Das Total siehst du vor der Zahlung, nicht nach der Rückgabe.
- Kostenlose Stornierung bis 24 Stunden vor Mietbeginn.
- Ein Kilometerkontingent, das bei jedem Auto einzeln steht. Standard sind 250 Kilometer pro Miettag, einzelne Autos fahren unbegrenzt.
- Bei Autos mit Sofort-Buchung Zugang rund um die Uhr: kein Schalter, keine Öffnungszeiten, Abholung und Rückgabe zu jeder Stunde.
Wird separat verrechnet
- Treibstoff. Du gibst das Auto mit dem Tankstand zurück, den du übernommen hast. Beim Elektroauto der Flotte ist der Strom in der Miete enthalten.
- Zusätzliche Kilometer über das Kontingent hinaus, ab CHF 0.50 pro Kilometer.
- Parkgebühren, Maut und jede Busse, die während deiner Miete anfällt.
Keine Kaution. Auf deiner Karte wird nichts blockiert, sie wird nur hinterlegt.
Was du zum Mieten in Zürich brauchst
Drei Dinge, mehr nicht. Und nur eines davon musst du erledigt haben, bevor du zum Auto gehst.
Mindestalter 21
Für eine Miete musst du 21 Jahre alt sein. Einzelne Fahrzeugkategorien verlangen ein höheres Mindestalter; das steht dann beim Auto.
Ein gültiger Führerausweis
Er muss dich für die gebuchte Fahrzeugkategorie berechtigen. Ausländische Ausweise gelten, solange sie in der Schweiz anerkannt sind. Buchen und bezahlen kannst du sofort; den Ausweis prüfen wir einmalig in der App, bevor du zum ersten Mal abholst.
Ein Zahlungsmittel
Karte, TWINT oder Apple Pay. Es wird nichts blockiert und keine Kaution belastet. Die Karte bleibt für Kosten nach der Miete hinterlegt, bei einem Schaden höchstens bis zu dem Selbstbehalt, den du beim Buchen gewählt hast.

Using a car through DRAIV was easier than we could have hoped for. The car was exactly where it was supposed to be at the expected time. The car was in great condition, and it was super comfortable. I made an error when I failed to account for a time zone change, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes from when I messaged. Using a car through DRAIV was easier than we could have hoped for. The car was exactly where it was supposed to be at the expected time. The car was in great condition, and it was super comfortable. I made an error when I failed to account for a time zone change, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes from when I messaged. I had a question while I was using the car, and again, I had an answer in minutes. After this experience, I can’t imagine ever renting from anywhere else. Thank you, DRAIV!
